"Outstanding Dental Care" by Happy Patient on February 4, 2011. Both Doctors Thomas and Shirley Mercer are excellent dentists. The atmosphere of their office is comfortable and the dental chairs offer pleasant views of the mountains. The office staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Shirley have provided great care for many years. Most recently I had a filling replaced, and the results were excellent. I also highly recommend their Invisalign treatment. I now have beautifully straight teeth!

I've been going to Dentists Tom and Shirley Mercer for more than 20 years and have always been happy with their work. They are very gentle and when I've had fillings they've been without pain. They seem to keep up with the latest equipment like LASERs. I like the way they match the fillings to my teeth (white fillings). The office staff are very friendly. I recommend them to my friends that need dental work.

My first appointment with the Doctor Mercer family practice was in July 1986, just two years after they opened their first dental office. Hence, next month will mark twenty three years of continuous dental care. It was a relatively small practice in Riverside, California, but my initial experience was extraordinary; calm, caring and exceptional dentistry. I have never gone to any other dentist since that first visit. Over the years my family grew and my wife and two children went to Dr. Tom and Dr. Shirley for their dental needs. I will never forget my young daughter being extremely afraid of getting a shot of anesthesia. She was so surprised when Dr. Mercer said... "You're all done." She did not even feel the shot.

As my family grew, the Doctor Mercer's family grew, as well as their practice. They opened a new dental office in Rancho Cucamonga and eventually sold their practice in Riverside. I continue to make the drive from Riverside, still today.

Equally important to interject is recognition of the outstanding administrative support staff, dental hygienists and dental assistants. The doctors are blessed to be surrounded by these warm, friendly, professional and competent people.

AMAZING!!!!

I've been going to this dentist (Dr. Thomas) for over 2 years now and I've felt comfortable, informed, and in safe hands here! The staff is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and well organized but not bland. A good dentist is hard to find, an amazing dentist is almost impossible. But I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone. They are great with kids also.

My name is Debbie McKnight. I have been a patient for 24 years. My situation is a bit different than most. I have had severe health issues for over 27 years which prevent me from having any Novocain while being worked on. I cannot take any medicine for infections, nor can I do most dental work that the average person has done. However, I have been fortunate enough to find a dentist with as much compassion and concern for my health as my own family would have. She has taken the initiative to make herself aware of my fears and concerns and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I feel very privileged to have such a wonderful person in my life.
